📝 How to Apply for Government Schemes

🌐 Online Process

Visit tn.gov.in and navigate to Citizen Services → Welfare Schemes

Select your district and the relevant scheme. Check eligibility criteria carefully.

Register with Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Upload required documents (Aadhaar, Ration Card, Bank passbook, Income certificate).

Submit application. Note the Application Reference Number (ARN) for tracking.

Track status at tn.gov.in or call 1100 (CM Helpline) for updates.

🏛️ Offline / District Process

Visit your nearest District Collectorate or Taluk Office during office hours (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 5 PM).

Collect the relevant scheme application form from the Public Facilitation Centre (PFC) counter.

Attach self-attested copies: Aadhaar · Ration Card · Bank Passbook · Community Certificate · Income Certificate.

Submit to the relevant department counter. Collect acknowledgment receipt.
